HIFMB colleague Maurits Halbach travelled to Greenland in order to “make science matter” and thus fill the conference motto to life: “To reach this goal we have to connect with the local people and align our research questions with the local needs”. He represents the new GreenHAB project which focuses on Harmful Algae Blooms in Greenlandic waters.
