GreenHAB goes Glasgow

GreenHAB in Glasgow

At the end of February 2026, GreenHAB postdocs Cora, Domi, and Sam attended the Ocean Sciences Meeting in Glasgow, UK. As an effort to bring together researchers in overlapping fields, with a broad interest in the ecological impacts of a rapidly changing Arctic, they chaired a session on “Responses of Arctic Planktonic Communities to Climate Change and the Impacts on Ecosystem Function”.

There was a high interest in the session, which included eight fantastic oral presentations (click here to see the session abstract and speakers), along with twelve research posters (click here to see the poster presenters).

It was great to have so many researchers with shared interests coming together, to build connections, and exchange knowledge and findings.

Thank you to all of those that submitted abstracts, participated, and attended the session.
